What do we do in a 1:1 Dance of Light session with Jamie?

• On Zoom, we start with a little coaching just to check in with where you are and where you want to be. 

• We’ll regulate your nervous system and grounding together to create a sacred space for your souls expansion.

• Next we’ll set an intention for you from your heart. If you could have a magic wand to bring in joy or relieve suffering what would you wish for?

• Jamie will then connect into Source and your Higher self and check in intuitively to see what answers we get for these 3 vital questions that are the crux of your expansion. Here is where the clarity comes in.

You will take relaxed notes during this section

1. Unlock Your Soul's Calling

We’ll ask your higher self for information regarding: Innate Genius, Light, Soul’s purpose, path, full magnificent expression, living your soul mission. 

2. Embody Your Truth

We’ll ask your higher self for information regarding: Boundaries, Desires, Truth, Needs, self reconnection, self love. 

3. Embody Your Feminine Energy 

We’ll ask your higher self for information regarding: Magic, Power, Ease, Flow, Dance, Poetry, Creative Expression, quantum healing through aligning with desired energy first. 

We will then ask your higher self, “What song do we choose for healing?”

Jamie sets an intention to connect with Source for healing based on your intention. 

She will turn the camera off and you will rest where you are. She will follow spirit’s guidance for you to hold this new frequency you are stepping into. She will dance/move to assist your expansion. See more about how she does this type of frequency healing here.

We’ll check in again with how you feel so you can sense the shift deep within you and answer and other questions or shares before you are on your way in this new expanded frequency. Clear and realigned with your true self’s calling.
