How I Administer My Practice

    I use my manifestation work through quantum physics practices, psychic abilities, and reiki mastery to channel and transmute energy. Eft tapping.

    I use nervous system regulation tools like meditation and breathwork to re-ground. Awareness practices.

  • Divine Channeling

    I channel higher divine guidance to convey messages from Source. Connection to higher levels of consciousness examples, from victim to empowered, from separate from source to connected, from self critical to self loving. Higher divine guidance. Prayer and intention.

  • Self Honoring

    I help you learn and honor your intuition, building your self-love and self-trust. Getting to know your desires, needs, wants and boundaries and how to administer them. Self permission, uncovering your own genius, divine soul gifts, purpose, following joy.

  • Embodiment

    Connecting to the messages and wisdom of the body to heal and expand in who you came here to be. Nervous system regulation, breathwork, creative expression, re-connection to your intuition, connection to the wisdom of your body to learn to dicipher it’s messages of love for you, somatic processing to release trauma.

    Reconnection to and embodiment of the divine feminine aspects of softness, love, flow, ease, receptivity, intuition, radiance, magnetism, wild expression, revealing the heart, unconditional being.
